Return Policy:
- The returns would happen within 4 to 5 days and damaged and defective products replacement / exchange will be processed with in 5-7 business days.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags attached.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Contact our support team at contact@ragefitness.in to initiate a return.
- We require photos of the product for further processing.
- Return shipping labels and instructions will be provided upon acceptance of the return.
- Unsolicited returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- In situations where we believe that technical assistance can resolve the issue, we may request a video call session with you. During this session, our technical expert will guide you in resolving the problem.
- If the issue is successfully resolved through the provided video call assistance, the product will not be eligible for return or replacement. However, if the issue persists despite the assistance, we value your satisfaction as our customer. In such cases, we will arrange for a new product to be sent to you while picking up the defective one.
Refund Policy:
- The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at contact@ragefitness.in.
Refunds for COD Transactions:
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions will be transferred to the customer’s bank account.
- Processing refunds to bank accounts will take 4-8 business days, subject to quality check clearance.
- Refunds cannot be processed to third-party bank accounts.
- The name of the customer initiating the refund must match the name of the bank account holder.
- Cash refunds are not available for COD orders.
- Refunds will be initiated after we physically receive the returned shipment.
If a buyer declines the assistance requested by our team or if our technical team determines that the product does not meet the return eligibility criteria based on our verification and assessment, we will not accept the return request.
Please be aware that our return, refund, or cancellation policies may be updated periodically. Therefore, we kindly ask you to review the policy terms each time you intend to make a purchase.
By making or initiating a purchase of Rage Fitness products, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Policy without any modifications.
